RETURNS

If you're not happy, we're not happy. That's why Purse Swag offers you a hassle-free return policy.

We gladly accept returns of unworn merchandise within 14 days from the date of order delivery. However, we do not accept items that are altered once delivered and we do not accept returns on custom orders. We do not accept returns for merchandise beyond 30 days from the date of order delivery.

Refund Options:

  • A refund of the item purchase price, made in the original form of payment.

  • A Purse Swag Gift Card – this is store credit for the following: the item purchase price and the shipping fee associated with the returned item(s).

 

Returns made between 15 and 30 days from the date of order delivery are eligible for a refund of the item purchase price in the form of a Purse Swag Gift Card (valid for one year). 

We offer prepaid shipping labels for exchanges, only. We do not provide prepaid shipping labels for returns.
